in Bangladesh:
Bangladesh Catholic Students Movement (BCSM) is the member of International Movement of Catholic Students (IMCS) Pax Romana which brings together over 80 diverse national federations, associations, and movements of Catholic university and tertiary students from six regions & approved by the Catholic Bishops Conferences of Bangladesh (CBCB).
Since 1949, IMCS has been advocating on behalf of its members as a non-governmental organization (NGO) in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), the United Nations Department of Public Information (DPI), and United Nations Education Science and Culture Organization (UNESCO). IMCS is also active with regional inter-governmental and international bodies, such as the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the World Bank to voice the concerns of youth.
IMCS represents Catholic students within the Church as an international association of the lay Catholic faithful with a special relationship to the Pontifical Council for the Laity and the Secretariat of State of the Holy See.

Goals

Objectives:
a) Becoming aware about youth realities, signs of the time, especially of
injustices, oppression, miseries of their brothers and sisters, and of healing
and solidarity in their struggle for liberation.
b) Making them able to build friendly relationships with national and
international youth organizations, movements and give witness to them of their
own faith, culture and God-experience.
c) Encouraging them to keep contact and build good relationship with other
youth organizations of the country.
d) Preparing and helping youth leaders who are ready to take up
responsibilities.
e) Helping youth leaders, youth animators and youth directors.
We are the Mymensingh BCSM try to provide different information regarding our BCSM activities. We hope we able to communicate in a better way here.
